These are hand cut and hand crumbed to give you the tenderest little schnitzels. They are pure breast meat and whilst they vary a tad in shape, they are and approximately the 10cm long by 4cm wide.
2 of these are fantastic in a sandwich with some iceberg lettuce, squirt of mayo and squeeze of lemon, so why not add a few extra for lunch tomorrow? Mighr as well, the pan’s already gonna be dirty 😉
Made on premises with only fresh pure butter, crushed garlic and herbs. We only use skinless free range breasts and the butter is pumped into the inside of the breast.
To keep all the butter inside, seal your crumbed kiev in a pan first for about 10mins, then throw that same pan (pan permitting) into a pre-heated 180°C oven and bake uncovered for approx 30 minutes. OMG, yummy!
