A fresh, free-range chicken, deboned, rolled, and stuffed with our most popular stuffing, sage & onion. This delightful dish can comfortably serve five people. It is easy to roast, taking approximately an hour at 180 degrees Celsius, and even easier to carve after letting it rest for 15 minutes.
