You can even roll it up into tiny balls as fry them off in some, (OMG I’m gonna say it) duck fat! (holy guacamole!) In StockThe name turducken comes from turkey, duck, and chicken and is a three bird roast. Let your taste buds enjoy this poultry feast of epic proportions this Christmas. Yes, it’s a turducken we oh so highly recommend. A turducken is a completely deboned turkey stuffed with a de-boned duck that’s stuffed with, yes, a de-boned chicken. In Stock6 jumbo quail per packet. These plump fresh jumbo quail are a delicacy and a delight. They are so easy to roast whole in the oven and you could easily wrap in a thin slice of prosciutto around them OR ask us in the comments to butterfly* them for you. They are super yummy grilled or pan fried after being butterflied 👌 *cut straight down the spin and lay flat, all bones still in. -
