Chicken breast mince with middle eastern spices including cumin, turmeric and coriander. Great just to simply pan fry and served with a little tzaziki or natural greek yoghurt. These are a teeny tiny spicy. Enjoy!

We make these with free range breast mince, some crumb, fresh carrots, onions, celery, capsicum and flat parsley. A winner when the kids shovel these into there mouths not realising how many veggies they are eating!
These are made with our free range thigh bc it is the juiciest. These can be cooked on the bbq or pan fried. Some rice, steamed broccoli and u got urself a meal!

These stuffings are all made instore and are great to serve inside a whole fresh free range roast turkey or cook it on the side in a bread loaf tin or even a muffing tin for portions. You can even roll it up into tiny balls as fry them off in some, (OMG I’m gonna say it) duck fat! (holy guacamole!)
Be sure to baste your turkey with some turkey stock or use the stock to put into the bread loaf tin or muffin tin to add some turkey flavour to your stuffing.

These free range skinless thigh fillets are filled with ham, parmesan cheese, tasty cheese and mixed herbs. A yummy tomato based sauce is onto with a sprinkling of flat leaf parsley. Gluten free and yummy!
Just bake for 35 – 40 mins on preheated 180. And, if u put onto of baking paper, u won’t have to scrub the tray!

A whole free range chook, flattened, marinated and vacuum sealed 🙂
So easy to throw on the bbq or straight in the oven for 40-50mins at preheated 180 degrees.
Simply slide the chook out of the bag into a baking tray, add half a cup of water in the bag, swish around, then pour that lovely marinade over the chook. Let the chook rest for about 10mins b4 plating up.
The left over juices are amazing on mash or some steamed rice. Super easy dinner! You’re welcome 😉
