In StockChicken breast mince with middle eastern spices including cumin, turmeric and coriander. Great just to simply pan fry and served with a little tzaziki or natural greek yoghurt. These are a teeny tiny spicy. Enjoy!

Out of StockThese are hand cut and crumbed by us. These heart shaped schnitzels are free range and can easily be turned into a delicious parma. And while your cooking them up, cook a few extra for a yummy schnitzel, lettuce and mayo sandwich for lunch tomorrow. Easy!

Not only do these have no skin, but they are all individually hand trimmed. That means, no icky bits for you to have to clean off when you go to cook them 🙌🙌🙌 These can also be sliced for a stur fry, diced for a curry or even cut into snitzels if you would like us too – just ask (in the comments) Nothing is too hard 😊 Each fillet is approx 300g. They are pure breast meat and whilst they vary a tad in shape, they are and approximately the 10cm long by 4cm wide. 2 of these are fantastic in a sandwich with some iceberg lettuce, squirt of mayo and squeeze of lemon, so why not add a few extra for lunch tomorrow? Mighr as well, the pan’s already gonna be dirty 😉

In StockMade on premises with only fresh pure butter, crushed garlic and herbs. We only use skinless free range breasts and the butter is pumped into the inside of the breast. To keep all the butter inside, seal your crumbed kiev in a pan first for about 10mins, then throw that same pan (pan permitting) into a pre-heated 180°C oven and bake uncovered for approx 30 minutes. OMG, yummy!

In StockThese stuffings are all made instore and are great to serve inside a whole fresh free range roast turkey or cook it on the side in a bread loaf tin or even a muffing tin for portions. You can even roll it up into tiny balls as fry them off in some, (OMG I’m gonna say it) duck fat! (holy guacamole!) Be sure to baste your turkey with some turkey stock or use the stock to put into the bread loaf tin or muffin tin to add some turkey flavour to your stuffing. 1 tub will fill a small 3-4kg turkey. For every size up, you will need another container 🙂 approx 450g

In StockThese free range skinless thigh fillets are filled with ham, parmesan cheese, tasty cheese and mixed herbs. A yummy tomato based sauce is onto with a sprinkling of flat leaf parsley. Gluten free and yummy! Just bake for 35 – 40 mins on preheated 180. And, if u put onto of baking paper, u won’t have to scrub the tray!
