This is a large roasting chicken, one for the whole family. It is plump, juicy and delicious. It is processed without any chemicals and is feed natural grains as opposed to pallets that are artificially made and modified. It will need to roast for approximately 1hr20mins at 180 degrees. Enjoy 🙂

6 jumbo quail per packet. These plump fresh jumbo quail are a delicacy and a delight. They are so easy to roast whole in the oven and you could easily wrap in a thin slice of prosciutto around them OR ask us in the comments to butterfly* them for you. They are super yummy grilled or pan fried after being butterflied 👌 *cut straight down the spin and lay flat, all bones still in.

This fresh kangaroo rump is a more robust cut that is good for longer and slower cooking. It is an amazing source of protein and iron and is super duper lean as well.
