Out of StockA whole free range chook, flattened, marinated and vacuum sealed 🙂 So easy to throw on the bbq or straight in the oven for 40-50mins at preheated 180 degrees. Simply slide the chook out of the bag into a baking tray, add half a cup of water in the bag, swish around, then pour that lovely marinade over the chook. Let the chook rest for about 10mins b4 plating up. The left over juices are amazing on mash or some steamed rice. Super easy dinner! You’re welcome 😉 -
