Description
Fresh wild rabbits available most days (unless sold out, and these do sell out weekly)
We can easily joint them up for you, plz make a note in the comments to do so. We often joint them into 6, 2 Shoulders, 2 saddles and 2 legs.
These are delicious slow cooked with lots of liquid and root vegetables. We usually serve ours with a soft polenta but mash or rice is great too, enjoy π

First time cooking. Therefore can’t justly comment. I blame my recipe perhaps for it coming out a bit dry.

Hey Maria, we recommend 2 things. Soak the rabbit overnight for a best results and cook it with lots of liquid. Usually a stock or white/red wine. These liquids help keep the wild rabbit moist. Next time π

Good size and look very fresh. They are for my cat so I haven’t eaten them. He is a spoilt cat.
