Free Range bones make a good chicken stock. This bag comes with between 3 and 4 carcasses depending on the size and how many we can fit into a bag 🙂 For the BEST stock add a bag of necks for more flavour and some chicken wings to make it gelatinous. Free range, plump and juicy, the way turkey should be. These are simply the turkey breast on the bone without any legs. So it is all juicy white meat, not dark leg meat. They are super easy to carve and just as easy to cook 🙂 Don’t forget to add some of our homemade stuffing, some cranberry sauce, why not throw in a turkey gravy and stock needed to baste it to keep it juicy and succulent. Literally all done for you! Please allow approx 500g per person. Eg: A 4kg turkey will feed approx 8 people. (3kg min size) ****Please note orders must be in by Monday 5 pm for delivery of this product in the same week***

A whole free range chook, flattened, marinated and vacuum sealed 🙂 So easy to throw on the bbq or straight in the oven for 40-50mins at preheated 180 degrees. Simply slide the chook out of the bag into a baking tray, add half a cup of water in the bag, swish around, then pour that lovely marinade over the chook. Let the chook rest for about 10mins b4 plating up. The left over juices are amazing on mash or some steamed rice. Super easy dinner! You’re welcome 😉
