Gluten-Free Free-Range Chicken Koftas – Delicious and Healthy

These chicken lolly pops are gluten free and made using free range breast mince, middle eastern spices including cumin, tumeric and corriandor and some flat leaf parsley.

Delicious simply pan fried and they are a tiny bit spicy, so serve with either natural Greek yoghurt or a tzaziki dip to counteract it 😊
