These plump fresh jumbo quail are a delicacy and a delight. They are so easy to roast whole in the oven and you could easily wrap in a thin slice of prosciutto around them OR ask us in the comments to butterfly* them for you. They are super yummy grilled or pan fried after being butterflied 👌
