A turkey fillet roll is a fresh free range pure turkey breast rolled for easy cooking and carving. Do not forget to add some extra homemade stuffings, some cranberry sauce, why not throw in a turkey gravy, and turkey stock needed to baste it to keep it juicy and succulent. Literally all done for you! Even some cooking instruction here for you.
Available plain or stuffed allow 250g per person.

Just brilliant, but even better was the advice, and the info leaflet on ‘how to cook’ which we followed to the letter of the law, and it worked out brilliantly. The 3 kg rolled turkey definitely fed 10, along with Christmas ham etc. Delicious turkey, moist, great turkey flavour, and excellent easy to make gravy afterwards! Will definitely buy again when it is our turn to host Christmas again. Really excellent!
