Wild Rabbits – Fresh and Ideal for Traditional Dishes

Fresh wild rabbits available most days (unless sold out, and these do sell out weekly)

We can easily joint them up for you, plz make a note in the comments to do so. We often joint them into 6, 2 Shoulders, 2 saddles and 2 legs.

These are delicious slow cooked with lots of liquid and root vegetables. We usually serve ours with a soft polenta but mash or rice is great too, enjoy 🙂
